All of the staff I met were incredibly accommodating, friendly and genuinely looked happy to be at work. Encore Boston Harbor currently has a whooping 5,000 employees (600-700 being Everett residents) and hopes to hire an additional 800. You should visit Encore Boston Harbor at least once to experience a little piece of Vegas right in the heart of Massachusetts. Trust me when I say, there’s something for everyone. However, I had a phenomenal time learning about all Encore has to offer. You’re probably wondering, “what makes Encore Boston Harbor so special?” Developed by Wynn Resorts out of Paradise, NV, Encore Boston Harbor is more than just a casino it’s truly an experience. I was fortunate enough to attend media day and visit the property before the general public. With such significant press coverage, I wanted to see for myself what all the hype is about.
